Payment Posting / Balancing Specialist Locations: Brooklyn, NY OR Tempe, AZSchedule: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM ESTWe are actively looking for experienced professionals with strong knowledge in healthcare payment posting and balancing processes.?? Key Requirements: ? Must be well-versed in Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) ? Strong understanding of healthcare providers & insurance payer behavior ? Experience with balancing and reconciliation processes ? Knowledge of contractual adjustments, deductibles, copays & co-insurance ? Ability to resolve payment discrepancies accurately ? Familiarity with HIPAA and handling PHI securely?? Job Responsibilities: • Post insurance and patient payments accurately from paper/electronic EOBs • Interpret and key EOB data into RMS systems • Balance daily deposits and reconcile remittances • Identify payment variances and resolve discrepancies • Maintain accuracy in accounts receivable records • Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines??
