This role focuses on designing and delivering agentic workflows, AI-integrated platforms, and full-stack applications that automate complex processes and improve operational efficiency at scale.You will work on cutting-edge initiatives involving large language models (LLMs), AI-driven automation, and internal tooling platforms, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver impactful solutions.Required Qualifications5-7 years of experience in software engineering (full stack)Strong coding skills with experience in:Frontend: React, JavaScriptBackend: Python (preferred), or similar languagesHands-on experience working with AI/ML systems, including:Large Language Models (LLMs)AI-powered applications or workflowsExperience with system design and scalable architectureExperience building internal tools, platforms, or developer-facing systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience with AI agent frameworks or automation workflowsExposure to LLM integrations (e.g., prompt engineering, API-based model usage)Experience building dashboards, developer platforms, or workflow automation toolsStrong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teamsResponsibilities:Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation systems that replace manual processesDevelop and maintain full-stack applications and dashboards (frontend + backend)Build AI-integrated tools and systems leveraging modern LLM capabilitiesRapidly prototype new ideas, test hypotheses, and iterate based on feedbackDevelop evaluation pipelines, validation frameworks, and monitoring systems for AI-driven applicationsIntegrate new tools, APIs, and data sources into existing platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutionsDocument system architecture, APIs, and implementation details for scalability and handoff
