Division Controller

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in Waukesha, WI that is seeking a hands-on, analytical Division Controller to serve as a key financial leader within their production facility.This is a highly visible, business-critical role working directly with plant leadership to drive performance, improve processes, and strengthen financial visibility across the operation.What you'll do:• Lead all plant financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance activities (GAAP)• Own cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis to improve profitability• Drive budgeting and forecasting aligned with operational goals• Strengthen internal controls and support audit readiness• Partner closely with plant leadership to influence operational decision-making• Lead and develop cross-functional teams in a continuous improvement environmentWhat we're looking for:• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, including leadership in manufacturing• Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel• Hands-on leadership style with strong operational curiosity• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA a plus)This role offers strong visibility, meaningful impact on operations, and the opportunity to influence both day-to-day performance and long-term strategy within a growing manufacturing environment.
