In this role, you'll help employees troubleshoot technical issues, support day-to-day IT operations, and serve as an escalation point for more complex problems.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with users, and growing their career in enterprise IT support.What You'll DoProvide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applicationsTroubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN access, and network connectivitySupport both onsite and remote employees using remote support toolsManage user accounts, password resets, permissions, and access requestsAssist with hardware setup, imaging, software installations, updates, and device replacementsWork closely with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to resolve issues quicklyDocument support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accuratelySupport employee onboarding and offboarding processesHelp improve service desk processes, automation efforts, and overall user experienceDeliver professional, friendly, and timely customer supportTechnologies You'll SupportWindows 10 & 11Microsoft 365 / Office 365Active Directory & Azure ADVPN and remote access toolsIntune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management toolsServiceNow or other ticketing systemsMulti-factor authentication (MFA)Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device supportWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop SupportStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience handling escalated support tickets in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues at onceExperience supporting remote or hybrid users is a plusKnowledge of cybersecurity and access management concepts is a plusCertifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL are nice to haveWhy Join?Work with modern enterprise technologiesGain exposure to infrastructure, systems administration, cloud, and cybersecurity environmentsCollaborative and supportive IT team cultureOpportunity for long-term growth and career advancementHands-on experience in a large-scale enterprise environment
