We are mission driven and are committed to scaling this exciting new asset class.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and resourceful Office Manager & Executive Administrator to lead day-to-day operations of our San Francisco headquarters while providing high-quality administrative support to the Executive Team. This role goes beyond traditional office management"”this person is the operational backbone of the office and is expected to take full ownership of the environment without needing constant direction. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable balancing operational leadership with administrative execution. You will own the physical office environment, manage vendors and workplace logistics, support employee experience, and ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally at all times. You should be someone who naturally identifies gaps, anticipates needs, and takes decisive action before issues arise. Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and a high level of ownership. The ideal candidate is confident in decision-making, operates with a strong sense of ownership, and thrives in an environment where they are trusted to figure things out and move quickly. No task is too small, but all tasks should be approached with professionalism, urgency, and accountability.This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, requiring you to be in the office at least three days a week to manage physical operations while supporting a high-growth, fast-paced team.ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & Workplace ManagementDaily Operations: Own all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Ensure the office is consistently organized, stocked, and running efficiently at all times.Financial Admin: Handle basic bill payment, expense tracking, and coordination with the finance team to proactively manage office-related costs.Meals & Vendors: Coordinate vendors including cleaning, maintenance, office supplies, catering, and building management; proactively resolve operational issues as they arise.Employee Experience, HR & IT CoordinationPeople Support: Act as the primary internal point of contact for our External HR provider. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, workstation setup, employee records, and office access. Assist employees with basic workplace, benefits, and operational questions while escalating issues appropriately.Tech Coordination: Be the "boots on the ground" for our External IT provider. Help set up workstations, troubleshoot basic office tech issues, and manage the inventory of company hardware (laptops, monitors, etc.).Executive & Team SupportExecutive Coordination: Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.Special Projects: Independently drive ad hoc requests, research, and documentation to support team priorities and keep projects moving forward.Events & TravelEvent Planning: Take full ownership of planning company offsites, team events, and internal gatherings.Logistics: Handle venue sourcing, catering, and travel logistics. Occasional travel may be required to support onsite event execution or regional meetings.Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in office management, executive administration, workplace operations, or similar operational support roles.Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to commute to the SF office 3+ days a week.Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new HR and IT management platforms.Problem Solver: Strong problem-solver with a proactive mindset and a bias toward action.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the company professionally to external partners.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, employees, vendors, and external partners.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.Professional references will be required as part of the hiring process.This position is contingent upon completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable laws, including the California Fair Chance Act.Pay range and compensation packageBase salary $85,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus.
