Right now, we're looking for aTalent Coordinatorto join and support the recruitment team of a high-growth Fintech / Payments organisation.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.Maintain accurate ATS data and support reporting and recruitment metrics.Chase feedback and keep hiring processes moving efficiently and on track against agreed SLAsAssist with ad-hoc recruitment projects, process improvements, and pipelining.What We're Looking For2+ years' experience in talent/recruitment coordination.Must have worked with Exec hiring, managing complex diary requirements for interviews.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.Confident, proactive communicator with a "get it done" attitude.??
