This is a high-impact opportunity to work directly with the firm's founders (CEO/COO) on acquisitions and asset management initiatives, with tons of exposure and room to grow as the company expands.What You'll Do:Build and maintain financial models in Excel to underwrite new acquisitions and support ongoing asset managementRun ARGUS models for cash flow projections, valuation, and lease analysisAssist in preparing investment memos and materials for internal and external stakeholdersConduct market research, rent comps, and due diligence for new opportunitiesSupport ongoing portfolio analysis, budgeting, and reporting effortsCollaborate directly with leadership on deal strategy, execution, and investor presentationsWhat You'll Need:1.5+ years of experience in commercial real estateStrong Excel modeling skills (DCF, sensitivity analysis, etc.)Proficiency with ARGUS EnterpriseSolid understanding of real estate finance and valuation conceptsHighly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactiveBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related fieldCompensation: $90-120k base + bonus + benefits
