Inside Sales Representative - Logistics/ShippingLeading international logistics company seeking high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join its Doral, FL office as soon as possible. This role is 100% on-site 5 days/week in Doral and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by supporting assigned U.S. accounts and destination agents. You will quote, follow up, maintain contracts, and deliver weekly volume/trend reports. Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Revenue SupportGenerate and deliver FCL / LCL export quotations within 24 hours of request.Prepare One-Time Filings (OTFs) for non-contract / non-tariff cargo.Maintain up-to-date contracts (weekly review; set Salesforce task reminders).Schedule appointments for Account Executives as needed.Maintain proactive phone/email communication with destination reps and agents.Sales Execution & Pipeline ManagementOutbound prospecting calls (lead qualification, pre-call planning, call control).Develop and expand assigned U.S. accounts through account development and time management.Complete weekly Sales Report in Salesforce (tasks, objectives, wins).Participate in weekly/biweekly sales calls with Account Executives and agents.Analysis, Reporting & Operational SupportRun monthly stats report on assigned destinations; share with destination teams and review with Account Executive.Deliver weekly volume reports to destination agents.Email Trade Notifications to accounts and agents in real time.Respond to all emails promptly.Perform additional sales support duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)1 to 4+ years of experience within sales or account managementMUST HAVE Industry experience within Logistics (Shipping, Freight, Cargo, Supply Chain, Trucking, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBilingual Spanish a plus, but not required
