Procurement SaaS Implementation Consultant

Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Procurement SaaS Implementation Consultant to ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers onto the company platform. This role will take a hands-on leadership approach, combining strong project and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of procurement processes and a focus on delivering fast, tangible value for customers.The business combines cutting-edge AI technology with in-house procurement expertise to simplify sourcing, drive compliance, and unlock measurable value. The company is a SME, experiencing significant global/scale-up growth across new markets and regions and has circa 170 people working for the organisation.Duties & Responsibilities for this Procurement SaaS Implementation Consultant role:Lead the full customer implementation lifecycle from initial planning and kick-off through to go-live and handover, proactively managing timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.Build and manage strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, data specialists, procurement leads, change managers, and supplier enablement teams.Oversee multiple concurrent customer projects, effectively prioritising activities to balance competing deadlines and deliver against customer expectations.Take full accountability for the customer onboarding journey, maintaining a strong focus on delivering a smooth, efficient, and successful experience.Monitor project scope and budgets against contractual agreements, managing change requests professionally while identifying opportunities for additional services.Produce clear, consolidated reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders, offering visibility into project performance, risks, and overall portfolio health.Leverage in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle to design and implement tailored customer procurement processes within the platform.To be successful in this Procurement SaaS Implementation Consultant role:Ideally having 3-8 years' experience delivering procurement tech or ESG transformation /implementation projects in fast-paced, challenging environments.Hands-on experience implementing procurement or ERP platforms is essential, such as Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing), or Oracle Fusion.Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies within software implementation or transformation programmes.A recognised qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.A professional procurement qualification (e.g., MCIPS) or equivalent, with strong understanding of procurement principles and best practice.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a structured and efficient manner.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.The benefits of this Procurement SaaS Implementation Consultant role:Hybrid / flexible working (3 days in office)Premium private HealthcareBonus25 days holidayGlobal business opportunities Other additional benefitsIf this opportunity sounds like you and you and you feel you have the experience and skill and want to be part of a growing and innovative company, then please apply
