Computer Numerical Control Programmer

We're seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team, focusing on creating, optimizing, and maintaining programs using Mastercam and/or Mazatrol. This role supports CNC milling and lathe operations within a team known for strong tenure, a positive culture, and competitive benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam and/or MazatrolSet up and troubleshoot CNC machines including mills and lathesInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specificationsCollaborate with machinists and engineering teams to improve cycle times and productivitySelect appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materialsPerform first article inspections and assist with quality control processesContinuously improve programming efficiency and machining processesSupport shop floor operations and resolve machining/programming issuesQualifications5+ years of CNC programming experience requiredProficiency in Mastercam and/or MazatrolStrong experience with CNC milling and turningSwiss machining experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&THands-on experience with setup and troubleshootingPreferred ExperienceBackground in aerospace and/or defense manufacturingExperience working with tight tolerances and complex partsFamiliarity with high-mix, low-to-mid volume production environmentsCompensation & ShiftCompetitive hourly rate: $32.00 - $50.00/hour (based on experience)Consistent overtime available (45-50 hours/week)Stable 1st shift schedule
