Senior Technical Lead- TIA Design Full Time OpportunityIdeally on sight in the bay area (open to be flexible for the right candidate)450K+ first year total compensation package (higher compensation packages depend on skillset/experience, open to be flexible for the right candidate) Job Description: Lead the development of multi-tens of GHz transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) for coherent long-haul & metro systems, and PAM4 data center systems, primarily using SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS processes. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that addresses the growing demands of data transmission in modern data centers, telecom networks, and beyond.Measure IC performance and debug designs to correlate simulations to measurementsMentor and guide junior designersLead chip design projects and deliver successful siliconTranslate chip-level specifications into detailed architectureRequires:Proven experience in TIA design for coherent long-haul and metro systemsDeep understanding of detailed transistor-level design, device physics, and control/feedback loop stability analysisDirect project experience in one or more of the following areas:Low noise/high linear broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receiversAGC loop designHigh-precision analog circuits (e.g., linear regulators, bandgaps, DAC/ADC)Continuous-Time Linear Equalizer (CTLE) designPackage-system integrationSolid expertise with EDA CAD tools for custom analog layout and 3D EM modelingTeam player with exceptional communication and documentation skills
