Madison, WisconsinWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a DON in an SNF/LTC setting and a strong background in clinical leadership, compliance, and team management.Responsibilities:Oversee daily nursing operations within the facilityEnsure compliance with state and federal regulationsLead, mentor, and support nursing staffMonitor quality assurance and clinical outcomesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident careManage staffing, scheduling, and clinical performanceMaintain survey readiness and infection control standardsPromote a positive and supportive work environmentQualifications:Active RN License in Wisconsin (or compact state)Previous experience as a DON in a Skilled Nursing Facility requiredStrong knowledge of SNF regulations and survey processExcellent leadership and communication skillsExperience with staffing management and clinical oversightAbility to work collaboratively with administration and healthcare teams
