Senior Project Manager - Insurance Technology TransformationAlphanumeric is hiring a Project Manager to work a hybrid schedule in Glen Allen, VA with an established organization in the financial and insurance industries. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting enterprise transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, claims modernization, and customer experience improvements.?? Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday in Glen Allen, VA?? Pay Range: $55-$58/hour W2?? Contract-to-Hire (target conversion around 3 months) ? No sponsorship available. No 3rd party vendors or C2C. Candidates must be able to work directly on W2.In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent projects within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives, including legacy system modernization into PEGA solutions within the insurance claims space.We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Project Manager with strong executive communication skills and the ability to manage delivery timelines, project plans, stakeholder communications, and enterprise releases across cross-functional teams.What You'll Be DoingManage cross-functional enterprise projects in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environmentsBuild detailed project plans, track milestones, and drive delivery timelinesCoordinate Agile development efforts alongside larger Waterfall production releasesLead executive-level project updates and stakeholder communicationsManage risks, dependencies, project scope, and delivery expectationsPartner with business and technology teams on operational efficiency and customer experience initiativesSupport legacy system modernization efforts into PEGA platformsWhat We're Looking For• 5+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise IT environments• Experience managing hybrid Agile/Waterfall projects• Strong executive presence and communication skills• Proven experience interacting with VP and senior leadership stakeholders• Strong project planning, reporting, and delivery management experience• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiativesHighly Preferred• PMP Certification• Insurance, claims, or financial services industry experience• PEGA-related project experience or legacy modernization exposure• Experience using ServiceNow, Miro, MS Project, Visio, or related project management/collaboration tools Why Join Alphanumeric?For over 20 years, Alphanumeric has partnered with industry-leading organizations to deliver high-quality talent solutions supporting innovation, transformation, and operational excellence.
