Job overviewThis position is best suited for a data analytics or business intelligence professional with 3 to 5 years of experience supporting analytics, reporting, and decision-making across HR and finance data. Business intelligence analysts commonly transform complex data into insights, build dashboards, define performance metrics, and support business stakeholders with reporting and analysis.Core responsibilitiesDesign and maintain position-level change tracking and analytics across HR and finance data.Translate complex position lifecycle events such as creation, elimination, modification, replacement, and overlap into clear, auditable data flows and dashboards.Work with messy, event-driven data from multiple source systems and turn it into usable business insights.Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations stakeholders to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making.Build dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs that improve visibility into workforce and position changes, which aligns with common BI analyst responsibilities such as creating reports, maintaining metric definitions, and enabling better business decisions.Top skills3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.Strong experience working with HR and finance data.Ability to analyze position lifecycle changes and create auditable reporting logic.Experience handling messy, event-driven, multi-source datasets.Strong stakeholder partnership skills across Finance, HR, and Operations.Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business users, which is a common requirement in BI analyst roles. know more about current opportunities at LeadStack , please visit us on Should you have any questions, feel free to call me on (513) 3184502 or send an email on waseem.ahmad@
