The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the RoleJob Title: Contract ManagerLocation: Studio City, Redmond, WA 91604Key ResponsibilitiesDefine program/initiative scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop plans and schedules to manage program/initiatives.Ability to synthesize inputs from cross-functional stakeholders, distilling complex and sometimes ambiguous information into clear insights that inform decision-making.Identify and manage dependencies, risk and issues.Develop documentation and formal communications.Provide and document program/initiative progress through formal reports and trackers.Manage team tools and source of truth for resources. Support access and updates.Work with technical cross functional partners and subject matter experts.Execute based on strategy and high-level oversight by Director and Senior Program Manager.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred. High school diploma or GED required.8-10 years experience required.Desired QualificationsAttention to detail.Ability to prioritize.Problem solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Take ownership and be proactive within scope of programs, initiatives and team responsibilities.Organized and administratively equip.Quick to learn tools and leverage technology.Anticipate customer needs.Verbal communication skills.Knowledge of construction, integration (fiber, telecom, network, equipment, systems and infrastructure).LocationStudio City, 91604Salary and Other Compensation: The salary for this position is between $170,000 - $190,00 USD annually.
