Senior End User Computing Engineer

Our top client in the retail industry is searching for a Senior End User Computing Engineer with Citrix expertise to join their team! This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to own and evolve a large-scale Citrix and End User Computing environment while helping drive future-state cloud strategy and automation efforts. You will be working fully remote in a collaborative environment to support enterprise-scale infrastructure and modernization initiatives. If you describe yourself as strategic, proactive, and growth-minded, this could be the opportunity for you!While this position is 100% remote, we are only able to hire from the following states at this time: MO, IL, VA, CO, KS, TX, NC, GA, TN, FL, MI, OK, IN, SC6 month contract to hire position with benefits available on contractCannot work C2C or 3rd partyRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure engineering Extensive hands-on experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments Strong experience with Citrix technologies including StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, NetScaler/ADC, WEM, and profile management Experience managing Citrix platform upgrades, licensing, lifecycle management, and performance optimization Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM for endpoint management and software deployment Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and endpoint integration Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO/MFA, and conditional access solutions Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, application compatibility, and profile management technologies Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future Preferred QualificationsCitrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V) or similar certification Experience with cloud-hosted desktop solutions such as Citrix DaaS or Azure Virtual Desktop Exposure to additional VDI/DaaS platforms and cloud-based infrastructure solutions Experience with Azure IaaS environments supporting VDI workloads PowerShell scripting experience for automation and operational efficiency Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Citrix Director, Azure Monitor, or Grafana Microsoft certifications related to endpoint management or cloud technologies Experience supporting large enterprise or multi-site environments Strong automation mindset and interest in continuous improvement initiatives
