Industrial Site SuperintendentLocation: Childress, TXPosition type: Contract (to end of year, could extend up to 3 years)Pay: $8,5000-115,000Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to maintain smooth workflow and productivity• Enforce site safety standards rigorously, including mandatory completion of daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) before any work begins• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with the contract documents• Monitor and maintain the project schedule; adjust tasks and sequencing to meet deadlines• Lead regular on-site coordination meetings to review progress, address challenges, and align on scheduling• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to guide on-site work• Ensure thorough documentation, including daily field reports, safety records, and site logs• Identify potential risks, delays, or issues and promptly report them to the project management team• Oversee site logistics: materials delivery, equipment management, and site access control• Champion quality control standards to ensure workmanship meets company and client expectations• Provide required documentation and updates to both the project management and Health & Safety (HSE) teamsQualifications:• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including 2+ years as a Site Superintendent on industrial projects• Willingness to travel and remain on-site for the duration of assigned projects• Experience working on data center construction sites is a strong plus• Deep knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and field execution• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to provide timely updates and coordination• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project plans• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus• Able to work in varying outdoor weather conditions• Physically capable of standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs as required• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 12 months, with a clean driving record
