Egglife Foods is looking for a talented Warehouse Manager to join our Operations team, reporting to the Plant Manager. This position, you will be responsible for leadership and performance of the warehouse for the plant product flow from inbound ingredients to finished product as well as a leader to all support teams inside the plant. You will be accountable for delivering the performance and maintaining a high level of standards - ie. Develop shipping and receiving teams, truck scheduling, dock scheduling, staffing assignments, and customer and intercompany shipping activities on shift.Manage and control warehouse inventory for the facility, including finished product and raw materials and ingredients.Develop and maintain KPI metrics and other reporting toolsWork with operators to create, develop and implement all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the department.Supervise the scheduling and forecasting for plant production based on sales needs and customer demand.Help set up of the inventory control system and the weekly/monthly inventories to ensure compliance, accountability and business results.Lead and support the continual improvement of all Company standard programs related to Food Safety, Quality, Compliance and other duties as assigned.Contribute to our knowledge base, thought leadership, and company culture through your unique character and skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business or related field is preferred5+ years' experience in an operations / warehouse role within a manufacturing setting or CPG environment.Demonstrated ability to train, develop and manage direct reports.5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Materials Supervision / Warehouse food product development, with a focus on prepared foodsAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationHighly collaborative with the ability to lead through influenceSelf-starter and intellectually fortable with ambiguityExperience working in small and large companies preferredEgglife Foods is an equal employment opportunity employer.
