Associate Planner

The Associate Planner is responsible for supporting the Planning Manager by maintaining, analyzing, and executing the business plan to achieve maximum business results. They will also act as a liaison between the Sales and Replenishment teams to ensure that orders are aligned with business plans. This role supports our growing socks and underwear businesses for a major retailer and industry leading brands.Responsibilities:Actualize weekly sales inventory and receipt ladder plans to monitor performance versus plan and prior yearAssist with the modular planning process by providing selling insights for the business plan and drawing modular planogramsConduct weekly sales and inventory reporting providing analysis and insight into performance versus prior year and budgetAssist in preparation for the weekly team meetingsProvide ad hoc analysis to help drive the business forward and/or address issues as they ariseCollaborate with the Replenishment team each week to ensure the correct SKUs are being ordered by the customerBring strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities everydayMaintain internal files and databasesWrite manual orders for customer stores when neededComplete and deliver seasonal planning files to customer on a deadlineQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred1-3 years of relevant Planning experienceStrong Excel skillsSAP experience a plusProactive attitude with the desire to learn and grow on our teamAbility to manage multiple high priority tasks with a high sense of urgency and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsRetail Link and/or Scintilla experience a plus
