We are seeking associates for our litigation practice group to handle general liability cases including, commercial, and umbrella policies, involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, HOA, in a fast-paced and highly demanding atmosphere.Job duties include:Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trialPropounding and responding to discovery,Medical record review/summaries,Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts,Attend court hearings,Prepare motions/oppositions,Prepare case status reports to carriersTrial preparation.Qualifications: Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but not required.
