Transactional Attorney

We are hiring! Looking for a transactional associate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. We are collegial, collaborative, and we operate in a fast-paced hybrid environment with a wide array of practice areas, including business,banking and finance, secured transactions, M&A, and real estate. We are based in West Chester, Pennsylvaniaand we primarily serve the mid-Atlantic market. Our ideal candidate has well developed drafting skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong desire to help build the practice and to grow professionally.
