Labor & Employment Attorney-Associate Level - BrownWinick Law FirmWe are seeking an Associate Level Employment Law Attorney to join our growing team. Due to dynamic and sustained growth, our firm"”now more than 90 attorneys strong"”continues to expand its capabilities across key practice areas. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in employment law, with a focus on litigation, counseling, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.What You'll Do:You will assist in handling employment-related litigation and administrative agency matters before bodies such as the EEOC, DOL, NLRB, and other relevant agencies. You will counsel clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, assist with policy development, and support internal investigations. You will also have the opportunity to advise clients on best practices for employee training, workplace investigations, and risk management. Additionally, you will work closely with senior attorneys on complex matters and gain invaluable experience in both litigation and strategic counseling.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing litigation and administrative agency matters (EEOC, DOL, NLRB, etc.).Provide legal counsel on compliance, policy drafting, internal investigations, and employee training.Draft employment agreements, handbooks, and other workplace policies.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to ensure effective legal strategies and risk managementQualifications:Minimum of 2 years' experience in employment law, including litigation and/or counseling.Strong research, writing, and client service skills.Bar admission Iowa required (or eligibility to waive in).Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently as part of a team.Why Join Us?
