Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team on high-impact litigation matters.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including business and real estate disputes.Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on issues such as breach of contract, trade secrets, and intellectual property.Manage discovery, including depositions, document review, and interrogatories.Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in case strategy and trial preparation.Maintain strong client relationships and communicate regularly on case progress.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice in [State].2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.Strong knowledge of business law, real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, and intellectual property.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Experience:Securities litigation experience is a plus.Experience working with mid-size to large corporate clients.
