Community Outreach Advocate

This is an ideal position for a candidate who is passionate about serving others, enjoys interpersonal connection, and prefers variety in their day-to-day. Applicants must reside in Dillon, Marion or Horry County and be comfortable traveling within this territory on a daily basis.Direct hire position with full-time hours. Occasional overtime required. 90-95% working in the field; 5-10% working from home.Responsibilities: Travel daily to healthcare offices within territory (Dillon, Marion, Horry counties)Build relationships with patients and providers Serve as an educational resource for medical assistance programs and servicesIncrease program awareness and enrollment ratesGenerate referrals and manage application submissionsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of current state and county population data Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policiesDeliver effective presentations during meetings, conventions, or community eventsQualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferredBilingual, a plusValid SC driver's license, good driving record, reliable vehicle, and insurance coverage requiredExceptional interpersonal skillsAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsConfident and effective presentation and public speaking skills Ability to self-manage including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling workComputer proficiency, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programsBenefits & Compensation:$42,000 - $44,000Mileage reimbursementEligible for overtimeEmployer sponsored medical insuranceContributing retirementVacation & Holiday schedule
