BioTalent, the staffing agency that powers HealthTechQuity, is representing a Series B HealthTech based in New York to hire a Talent Acquistion & Human Resources PartnerThe Client is committed to making a difference by removing financial barriers to care and is excited to find an TA/HR Partner who is equally dedicated and mission driven.This is a hybrid role with 2-days per week based in office in Central Manhattan where you will have 1-1 time with the U.S team including the Founder & CEO.Role DescriptionAs our TA/HR Partner, you will play a key role in fostering an inclusive work environment and attracting top talent. Your responsibilities will include:Providing HR support for U.S. operations, serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers.Acting as a cultural ambassador, promoting our values and mission.Developing and executing recruitment strategies to source talented candidates for various roles.Leading end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions but largely Commercial/Sales roles within HealthTech.Leveraging sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to enhance our employer brand.Analyzing recruiting metrics and presenting insights to stakeholders and executive leadership.Coaching managers on recruitment best practices.Conducting in-depth interviews to identify and secure the best candidates.Coordinating the onboarding process, including orientation, documentation, and training.Addressing employee queries about HR policies, benefits, and initiatives.Generating HR reports, analyzing trends, and recommending improvements.RequirementsWe are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience within the HealthTech/Digital Health industry; HealthTech experience is needed to navigate and understand the role requirements in a niche space. At least 2 years of proven HR generalist experience.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Outstanding customer focus, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality service in fast-paced environments.A highly responsive, customer-focused mindset and a collaborative team spirit.Join us to be a part of a team that's transforming access to care while building a dynamic and supportive workplace.
