About the Role: We are actively seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with significant experience handling catastrophic and severe injury cases on both the plaintiff and defense side. This role involves high-stakes litigation related to motor vehicle accidents (car, truck, motorcycle), bicycle and airplane accidents, and wrongful death claims.The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 15 years of litigation experience, a deep understanding of personal injury law, and a strong track record of results in complex injury cases.Key Responsibilities:Litigate high-value personal injury cases from inception through trial or resolution.Represent both plaintiffs and defendants in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial prep, and trial.Work closely with medical experts, accident reconstructionist, and other specialists.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and co-counsel.Deliver strategic counsel that balances legal risks and business needs.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of [Insert State].5-15 years of personal injury litigation experience, with proven results in catastrophic injury cases.Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial skills.Experience on both the plaintiff and defense side preferred.Ability to independently manage a robust and active caseload.Preferred:Trial experiences involving catastrophic injuries or wrongful death.Familiarity with accident investigation techniques and complex damages analysis.
