Join SHEIN and be the future!Position SummaryThe Return Center (RC) Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of SHEIN return centers (RCs) across the United States. This individual will manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), optimize return center processes, drive efficiencies, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a geographically dispersed team and strategically optimize return center operations to enhance service levels and cost-effectiveness.We're seeking a full-time Return Center (RC) Manager for our City-based corporate office.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure contract compliance, service-level agreements (SLAs), and overall performance.Conduct periodic reviews of 3PL performance and address any issues to meet operational goals.Collaborate with 3PLs to optimize shipping, handling, and reverse logistics processes.Develop and manage budgets related to return center operations.Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.Forecast operational costs and report findings to senior leadership.Design and implement long-term strategies to align return center operations with evolving business needs.Stay informed of industry trends in reverse logistics and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., supply chain, customer service, IT) to ensure seamless operations.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
