This role involves a wide range of administrative and executive support duties, requiring flexibility, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Prioritize and manage action items, follow-ups, and tasks for the CEO with minimal supervision.Calendar Management: Strategically manage and coordinate complex schedules, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.Communication: Exhibit superior customer service skills in all interactions, both internal and external.Event Planning: Organize and manage external events, site visits, and business development activities.Project Management: Handle special projects and department-specific assignments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Process Improvement: Collaborate with department leads to enhance organizational processes.What We Offer:A dynamic and inclusive work environmentOpportunities for career growth and developmentComprehensive benefits packageThe chance to make a meaningful impact on health equity and outcomesRequired Qualifications:5+ years of administrative experience in support of senior executives in a highly matrixed organizationExperience supporting C-suite executivesExperience supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience arranging Microsoft Teams virtual meetingsExperience coordinating large meetings for senior leadershipAdvanced proficiency within Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TeamsProven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with extreme attention to detailProven excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skillsProven to have a polished demeanor and be comfortable working with people at all levelsProven executive presence and high degree of professionalismProven to be available and flexible to work weeknights and weekends, as neededProven comfortable working in ever changing, high demand environmentAbility to work in El Segundo, CA officePreferred Qualifications:10+ years administrative support experience, 6+ of which have included support of senior executivesSharePoint experienceJoin Us: Be a part of a team that is making a difference in the health and well-being of millions. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
