Job Posting: Senior HR GeneralistLocation: Hybrid - Irvine, CA or Ventura, CAPosition Type: Contract (Until the end of 2025)Compensation: Up to $38/hrLHH isseeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our client's team on a contract basis until the end of 2025. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from either Irvine or Ventura, CA.Job Description: As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in executing business process transactions, including HRIS (Workday) transactions, to meet global and regional business needs. You will provide guidance and resolve day-to-day inquiries through the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, escalating matters to Centers of Excellence as appropriate. Your responsibilities will include:Execute Business Process TransactionsPerform HRIS (Workday) transactions to support global and regional business needs.Provide Guidance and Resolve InquiriesInterpret and apply policies and procedures to address day-to-day inquiries, escalating complex issues to Centers of Excellence when necessary.Ensure Service DeliveryAdapt to changing business needs and deliver high-quality services within defined SLAs.Maintain Compliance KnowledgeStay informed about immigration, compliance requirements, regional HR legislation, and employment laws.Support Global TeamsCollaborate with global teams to manage mobility, visa needs, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Participate in Process ImprovementEngage in creating, documenting, and improving processes with a focus on automation.Analyze Metrics and ReportingReview shared services metrics/KPIs and reports to recommend and implement continuous process improvements.Consult with StakeholdersWork with key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to understand business needs and implement HR programs.Deploy HR InitiativesImplement HR initiatives locally and contribute to the design and roll-out of global programs as needed.Support Onboarding and OffboardingFacilitate the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.Assist with Payroll AdministrationHelp with payroll administration and reporting for the region.Qualifications:Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HRIS (Workday) transactions.In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Familiarity with immigration, compliance requirements, regional HR legislation, and employment laws.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze metrics/KPIs and recommend improvements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
