A top-tier, Chambers-ranked law firm in New Jersey is seeking a seasoned Commercial Finance / Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on representing institutional and commercial lenders in finance and real estate matters.Key Qualifications:Extensive experience closing commercial mortgage loans on behalf of institutional and commercial lenders.Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial leases and other transactional documents.Skilled in reviewing title commitments, surveys, and leases, and conducting comprehensive due diligence.Must be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.Demonstrated expertise in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex real estate and finance transactions.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced, high-level practice.
