Job Description:Position: Hardware Room Inventory Control SpecialistResponsibilities:Manage and oversee the check-in/check-out process for hardware room inventory.Maintain, inventory, and control hardware both offsite and onsite.Collaborate with various departments to receive and ship hardware to vendors and offshore operation sites.Assist and work with team members and engineering personnel to ensure all shipment paperwork is in proper order and generate appropriate shipping documentation.Monitor hardware inventory, report discrepancies (damaged, missing items, etc.) to personnel and management when appropriate.Work with team members to resolve hardware issues regarding replacement or missing items.Collaborate with hardware room personnel and shipping and receiving team to prepare hardware for shipping to various vendors for repair.Contribute to driving future improvements to Test Floor environment.Must be willing and able to lift hardware weighing up to 35 lbs.Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, team-oriented working environment.Required Skills:Proficient with inventory control and tracking.Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).General administrative skills (paperwork, filing).Good communication skills.Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, team-oriented working environment.Required Education:Associate Degree in Technology from a vocational school or other accredited two-year program.Required Years of Experience:1 yearDesired Skills:Proficient with inventory control and tracking.
