Junior Associate AttorneyLocation: San Francisco, CAJob Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days Onsite), Direct HireSalary: Up to $200K per year, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401kLHH is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to in San Francisco join an in-house legal team and a reputable corporation. This role involves handling diverse legal matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, overseeing real estate transactions and construction agreements, managing trust administration, addressing general commercial issues, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and KYC/AML requirements. Additionally, the Junior Associate Attorney will be responsible for supervising legal team staff and overseeing project management within the legal department.Responsibilities: Junior Associate Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to professional services, real estate management, construction, and art while ensuring risk management and regulatory compliance.Oversee entity formation and maintenance, including governance documents, and support trust administration by drafting distribution notices and waivers.Conduct legal and tax research, manage the corporation's legal database, and track ongoing projects and transactions.Maintain organized legal records, coordinating with financial advisors and external counsel, and supervising legal staff to ensure efficient workflows.Provide general legal support, monitor urgent matters, and uphold confidentiality standards.Qualifications:Active California Bar license with at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, ideally in the corporate, real estate, or tax department.Proven ability to negotiate and structure agreements.Familiarity with corporate governance, tax considerations, and regulatory compliance in a family office or private investment setting.Experience with estate planning structures and family trust administration is a plus.Strong ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented with a collaborative mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Asana is preferred.
