This role focuses on overseeing the design of digital, print, and packaging materials to ensure all elements are aligned with the brand's strategic objectives. The Art Director will lead the creative team, collaborating closely with the studio team to maintain brand consistency and high-quality execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of design concepts for digital, print, and packaging materials that tell a cohesive and engaging brand story.Manage the creation of marketing assets, including promotional materials, in-store visuals, and digital content.Establish and enforce creative guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, applying innovative design strategies to elevate brand presence.Mentor and guide the design team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree (BA/BFA) in Design or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design or art direction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Experience in the beauty, wellness, or haircare industry is preferred, or in other industries with a similar aesthetic.Expertise in both digital and print design, with strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to fruition.
