Job Title: Luxury Sales Associate (Designer shoes and bags)Location: Boca Raton, FLCompensation: $26 per hour + commissionReports To: Store ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Boca Raton location. The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving sales, and maintaining store operations and merchandising standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and building lasting customer relationships. Flexibility to work in multiple locations, including potential New York locations if needed, is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Experience:Drive sales by effectively engaging with customers and recommending productsMaintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and brand standardsDevelop and maintain a personal client book to drive repeat businessFollow all customer service protocols, including greeting etiquette, handling returns and exchanges, and processing salesStore Operations:Operate POS system accurately and efficientlyMaintain proper cash handling and loss prevention standardsAssist with floor moves, merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store appearanceReceive and process new shipments accuratelySupport store organization, cleanliness, and general housekeeping standardsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; degree in Retail, Fashion, or a related field is a plus3+ years of experience in high-end retail, boutique, or luxury salesStrong understanding of customer service, inventory, and retail operationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordSkills & AbilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to move freely throughout the store, including the sales floor and stockroom
