This company is committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.Job Summary: LHH is assisting this company in its search for a skilled and experienced Regional Counsel to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school and be barred in at least one US state. Experience should include a mix of contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment, risk management and data privacy. This hybrid position requires three days in the office and offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 - $250,000, depending on experience, plus bonus and full benefits.Key Responsibilities:• Provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of matters.• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.• Advise on corporate governance matters.• Manage/mitigate legal risks by designing/implementing company policies.• Collaborate with various departments to provide legal guidance and support.Qualifications:• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.• Bar admission in at least one US state.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both in-house and private practice.• Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:• Competitive salary range of $190,000 - $250,000, depending on experience.• Performance-based bonus.• Full benefits package.• Hybrid work model with three days in the office.• Access to onsite medical facilities, gym, cafeteria, and outdoor sports areas.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume detailing their qualifications and experience directly to this posting.
