At AUTOKINITON, we are building a better foundation for every vehicle on the road!To help us drive excellence, you will get to:Provide the necessary Human Resource skills to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery to assure internal and external customer satisfaction. Function as primary contact to Associates and third-party vendors regarding LOA, FMLA, Attendance Management, Workers' Compensation, and Payroll.Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals.Assist in the development, performance feedback, direction, and leadership of all Associates including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action when situations dictate.Provide guidance and counsel to Supervisors on a variety of Employee Relations concerns of Associates' development, conflict resolution, interpersonal communications, effective group interaction, team building, and preparing and documenting disciplinary action.Track and report HR metrics to Plant and Corporate on a weekly/monthly/annual basis.Assist in developing change management proposals, draft plans and oversee project activities.Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.This role is part of the Bardstown HR Team and reports to the Human Resources Manager.SUCCESS FACTORS:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent Human Resources experience.2-7 years of experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with Employee Engagement, Retention Management, Employee Relations, LOA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, Attendance Management, MESC, Payroll and other HR functions.Demonstrate experience with Associate investigations partnering with Supervisors and HR Manager.Knowledge of employment Federal, State and Local laws.Exhibit successful organizational and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Proficient MS Office and other HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, ATS, e-Time, etc.).If this position aligns with your current/next career goals, apply, continue to build your career, and make valuable contributions to our Bardstown HR Team!
