Our "Taylor Family" is passionate about making high-quality, great-tasting products for families across North America.The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the warehouse team supporting production by safely ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free. Lead inventory control, shipping and receiving, quality control, and WMS data entry.Pay Range: $23.00/ hr-$26.00/ hrStatus: Hourly, FulltimeDays of the Week Needed: weekends and holidaysShifts:1St 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM T-Sat3rd 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM, T-Sat $.50 shift differentialWork Hours: 8 hours and possible OTKey Responsibilities:Follow and lead all COVID-19, warehouse safety, food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance protocols.Lead warehouse team to transfer goods through multiple stages of receiving, storing, and shipping.Train and assign daily tasks to employees.Relieve employees for breaks and lunches.Plan our daily tasks according to shipments, deliveries, and production.Attend management meetings.Assist with loading and unloading goods onto or from trailers and containers.Accurately receive and process incoming goods.Assists in physical inventory, stock rotation, cycle counting, and data entry into WMS. Maintain and verify inventory labels, product count, and correct item number.Pull necessary raw materials for daily production.Prepare, palletize, stage, and load finished goods for shipment.Perform inspections on equipment before following operational use.Responsible for keeping the work area clean and safe always.Ability to operate all warehouse equipment.Environment:Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hair and beard net, gloves, safety shoes, bump cap, smocksChemical Exposure: Cleaning Supplies and Food AllergensTemperature: Refrigerated 35-39 degrees FahrenheitQualifications:3 years prior warehouse/ distribution experience preferred3 years in warehouse leadership3 years of sit down/stand up(reach) forklift experience preferred2 years of electric pallet jack experience preferred3 years of WMS, Inventory, and RF Scanner experience3 years of Microsoft Office experience: Outlook and ExcelPhysical demands and abilities· Ability to maintain a safe and positive work environment.· Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.· Ability to bend twist, stoop, squat, and pivot.· Ability to walk and stand for 8+ hour shifts.Benefits:· Medical/ Vision/ Dental PPO only· Up to 4% 401k Matching company contribution.· Company-paid life insurance.· Vacation· Sick Pay· 7 Paid HolidaysE-Verify compliantEOE
