In this role, you'll join a collaborative, values-led team that partners with mission-driven companies to attract, assess, and secure exceptional talent. What You'll Do:Partner closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and talent needs.Consult and coach decision-makers on best practices in talent hiring.Lead or support recruitment efforts - from talent sourcing, interviewing and analysis, supporting hiring managers, to candidate presentations. Leverage behavioral insights and evidence-based practices to identify highly talented and culturally aligned candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines with a long-game mindset rooted in high probability talent pipeline building and employer brand nurturing. Collaborate with our organizational development and research team to hone your expertise in performance behavior, servant leadership, and talent strategy. Our Blended Work Style:This is a hybrid role based on trust, collaboration, and impact. You'll: Work onsite regularly with our internal team for collaboration and learning.Enjoy remote flexibility for focused, independent work. Occasionally, join clients onsite to support recruitment and consulting efforts.
