Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Lewisburg, TNJob Type: Full-Time | 3rd Shift 9:30 PM - 6:30 AMIndustry: Manufacturing / Automotive / IndustrialAbout the RoleDirectPath Recruiting Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician on behalf of a top-tier manufacturing client. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and repairing equipment, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring smooth facility operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of manufacturing equipment and building systems.Work with electrical controls, plant power systems, and circuits.Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and infrastructure.Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, and technical support as needed.Carry out general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, lighting, and HVAC work.Assemble and disassemble tools, gauges, and fixtures.Accurately document maintenance work and materials used.Support robotic systems (Yaskawa experience is a plus).Program and troubleshoot using Allen Bradley PLC software.Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required).5+ years of maintenance or industrial equipment experience (preferred).Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, and PLC systems.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.Why Work With UsCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefitsLong-term career opportunity with room for advancementWork for a respected and growing manufacturing organizationSupportive environment focused on safety and excellenceApply NowSubmit your resume today to be considered.
