Our client is a luxury jewelry brandRole Overview: Responsible for operational support to the Store Planning team for new boutiques, renovations, relocations and minor works throughout the Americas networkAssistant Project Manager ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers in the project RFP processes - including but not limited to issuing RFP's, preparing Bid Leveling for Executive Architects, Millworkers, ContractorsSupport project closeout tasks with Finance, General Contractors, Millworker and other Owners vendors, and organize 3D scans and professional photography for new store openingsOversee Store Planning data base, organize & archive construction design and close out packagesCommunicate and share Store Planning materials to external teams such as drawings, rendering, square footages, and other relevant files & informationDraft contractsPrepare presentation materials for both internal and external meetings, workshops, etc.Manage logistics for minor works projects within existing boutiques. Liaise with boutique teams to facilitate the works and coordinate with Security team during the interventionsAssist Project Managers with placing orders for Owner Supplied Materials for construction projectsSupport financial analyst with gathering documents for new vendor set ups, purchase orders and invoicesAssistant Project Manager Qualifications:1-3 years project coordination experience. Experience in the design, architecture, interiors, construction industries is a plusOrganized, detail oriented and able to perform under time pressureEffectively multitask and able to pivot to time-sensitive tasks when requiredSuperb digital presentation skillsAbility to work autonomously with periodic supervision or check-insMust have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, notably Excel, PowerPoint and WordLuxury retail experience is a plus - not requiredAutoCAD, Photoshop, Bluebeam Revu experience is a plus
