Our products reach millions of customers through national retailers, top e-commerce platforms, and our own branded sites. As we expand, we're building a modern Creative Services team to scale content production and marketing impact across all points of sale.The RoleWe're seeking a Head of Creative Services to lead all creative production and content operations across our portfolio of brands. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality marketing assets that support wholesale partners, marketplaces like Amazon and Wayfair, and our DTC websites. You'll manage a multidisciplinary in-house team, optimize creative workflows, and introduce scalable technologies like AI and CGI to meet the needs of a high-volume, multi-channel business.What You'll DoLead the development of creative assets across e-commerce, retail, print, packaging, photography, video, CGI, and digital mediaDeliver channel-specific content for wholesale accountsthird-party marketplaces, and owned DTC websitesBuild and manage a high-performing in-house team (design, production, project management) and oversee external creative partnersDevelop efficient processes for creative intake, prioritization, and delivery across multiple internal and external stakeholdersOwn and manage the department budget, resourcing strategy, and vendor relationships with a focus on cost-effectiveness and impactPartner with distribution centers and overseas factories to streamline the process of capturing reference photography for new product launchesChampion the adoption of AI and CGI tools to accelerate asset production, personalization, and localizationCollaborate with Sales, Ecomm, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure creative is aligned with business goals and brand strategyMaintain visual and messaging consistency across all creative assets and customer touchpointsWhat You Bring8-12+ years of experience in creative operations, content production, or marketing leadership rolesDeep understanding of wholesale, retail, marketplace (e.g. Amazon, Wayfair), and DTC marketing requirementsProven experience scaling creative production across multiple brands and channelsStrong organizational, project management, and prioritization skillsExperience managing creative teams and budgets, with a focus on efficiency and ROIFamiliarity with CGI/3D workflows, AI-powered creative tools, DAMs, and process automationExperience working with global supply chain partners, factories, or sourcing teamsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholdersBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance ProgramPaid Vacation, Holidays, and Your Birthday offGenerous Employee Discount on home furnishingsProfessional Development OpportunitiesTelehealth401(k) and Profit SharingLife InsuranceCompensationRANGE: 175k-225kIndividual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.We are an equal opportunity employer and provide a drug-free working environment.
