Product Marketing ManagerPay: $50-52 / hourly as W2, full benefits offered.Location: hybrid, 3 days onsite in San Jose, CALength of contract: approved for 2025, likely extension into 2026The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50-52 / hourly as a W2 employee.Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.Candidates will also need to sign a 'right to represent' allowing their submission to this client.This is a Product Marketing Manager that will help an established Fintech team drive content generationThe role will be mainly focused on supporting their AI platform teamWork includes:manage the launches - engage with users - provide access to platform capabilitiesHelp produce tech demos as neededKey experience to show: Samples of any prior public-facing marketing collateral developed will be helpful to review during the interview process. Keys for the role:help with marketing collateral development, demo videos, blog articles slack descriptions for co-workersSomeone with video recording experience, able to optimize messaging for target audiencesSome technical background is ideal.Someone who has worked in a tech focused role, in a previous product marketing role is ideal.Someone with familiarity supporting the AI space is ideal.This requirement is related to managing and executing AI and AI Gateway platforms related to go-to-market tasks and launch activities.This will include:Product Launch Management:Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product features, use cases, and technical requirements.Execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features and releases of our internal Generative AI and LLM platform tools & technologies.Coordinate cross-functional launch activities, including training, documentation, and communication plans.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure launch success and user adoption.Conduct post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize future launches.Marketing Collateral Development:Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, demos, videos, user guides, and internal blog posts, tailored to different internal user / business segments.Translate complex technical concepts related to Generative AI/LLMs into clear and concise messaging that resonates with non-technical audiences.Develop and maintain a central repository of marketing collateral to ensure consistent messaging and accessibility.Work with internal design and communications teams to ensure high-quality, visually appealing materials.User Engagement and Feedback:Develop and manage internal communication channels to keep users informed about product updates and best practices.Organize and facilitate internal workshops and training sessions to promote user adoption and knowledge sharingAbout Aquent:Aquent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.Our eligible talent has access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match.
