Connell Foley LLP, one of the largest law firms in New Jersey, currently has a position available for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Team to support both internal and external marketing projects. The responsibilities of this role include providing administrative assistance, coordinating and executing events, helping with digital marketing initiatives, tracking department projects, and other marketing-related tasks.Responsibilities:Assist in developing and implementing client-facing events, seminars, and networking Support attorneys in speaking engagements, including developing collateral and PowerPoints and overseeing logisticsManage firm sponsorships with business and legal organizations to maximize benefits and promotion of sponsorship. Update firm website with bio changes, publications, speaking engagements, and news items, including ensuring accuracy and timeliness of changes Track rankings/awards/survey submissions and assist in the compilation of annual submissions to outlets such as Chambers, AmLaw, NJBIZ, and others, as well as award nominationsManage firm's social media channels, including posting and calendaring Perform other duties as assigned or required to meet firm goals and objectivesQualificationsMinimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environmentBachelor's degree required in communications, business, marketing, or related fieldStrong client service mentality and a proactive approach Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy Creative thinking with outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesExcellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills required. With the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects, sometimes under the pressure of tight and/or conflicting deadlinesOutstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrable ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and with internal and external stakeholders Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Overtime flexibility to meet the department's needs and limited regional travel to attend events.Exact compensation based on experience.
