No Fault Coordinator

SpineSearch is seeking an experienced liaison to join a pain and spine practice located in New Jersey to focus on the coordination of No Fault and Personal Injury cases. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all No-Fault patients and their legal representativesRespond to inquiries from attorneys, adjusters, and case managers in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate records, narrative reports, and scheduling with referring law firmsManage intake for all NF cases: verify claim details, capture attorney information, and confirm date of lossEnsure all required documents are collected (assignments, lien letters, claim forms)Track and coordinate appointments, procedures, and follow-ups related to NF claimsEnsure proper documentation is available prior to provider visits (e.g., police report, imaging, accident details)Work closely with billing, clinical, and front desk teams to ensure compliance with No-Fault policiesRequired Qualifications2+ years experience in a medical practice, legal coordination, or insurance role involving No-Fault/PIPStrong understanding of NJ and NY No-Fault regulations and documentation requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with both patients and attorneysHighly organized and professional with strong follow-through
