In this dynamic contract role, you'll ensure our corporate environment stays safe, efficient, and welcoming for employees and visitors alike.What You'll Do:As the Lead, Facilities, you'll work under the direction of the Director of Facilities & Administrative Services, taking charge of all aspects of facility operations "” from managing maintenance tickets to vendor relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll play a critical role in space planning, emergency preparedness, and keeping our workplace running without a hitch.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the Facilities Coordinator for daily operations.Manage building maintenance requests using our internal ticketing system.Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality work.Approve invoices and manage purchase orders.Conduct facility inspections and implement maintenance plans.Oversee office moves, renovations, and space planning.Serve as the main point of contact for all facilities-related concerns.Support safety protocols and emergency response procedures.What You Bring:5+ years of experience in facilities management.Proven leadership experience in supervising staff.Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Certification in Facilities Management a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.??
