Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)Are you a hands-on facilities leader with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Lead, Facilities to join our team in Irvine, CA (92614). In this dynamic contract role, you'll ensure our corporate environment stays safe, efficient, and welcoming for employees and visitors alike.What You'll Do:As the Lead, Facilities, you'll work under the direction of the Director of Facilities & Administrative Services, taking charge of all aspects of facility operations "” from managing maintenance tickets to vendor relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll play a critical role in space planning, emergency preparedness, and keeping our workplace running without a hitch.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the Facilities Coordinator for daily operations.Manage building maintenance requests using our internal ticketing system.Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality work.Approve invoices and manage purchase orders.Conduct facility inspections and implement maintenance plans.Oversee office moves, renovations, and space planning.Serve as the main point of contact for all facilities-related concerns.Support safety protocols and emergency response procedures.What You Bring:5+ years of experience in facilities management.Proven leadership experience in supervising staff.Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Certification in Facilities Management a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.??
