You will build and develop strong teams, implement lean manufacturing strategies, and drive operational excellence while supporting new product introductions and business expansionKey Responsibilities: Oversee site operations including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, and quality. ? Drive continuous improvement (CI) and lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ? Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) and support business growth. ? Enhance customer service performance while balancing cost controls. ? Lead succession planning and team development, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for leadership roles. ? Execute on aggressive growth plans while maintaining high operational standards ? Foster a strong team culture, driving engagement, accountability, and high performance.?? What We're Looking For:10+ years of leadership experience in medium-to-high volume, low-to-medium cost manufacturing. ? Strong background in CPG, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, FMCG, Cosmetics Manufacturing, or similar industries. ? Experience working in a PE-backed or fast-growth environment, understanding financial targets and EBITDA management. ? A strategic thinker with strong experience in forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain management ? A proven team builder with the ability to create a high-performance culture. ? Hands-on leadership style - someone who drives change, embraces challenges, and leads from the front ? Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business expansion.??
