We're looking to hire a Creative Project Manager for a manufacturer of smart home devices. You'll join the Product Experience team to manage packaging and manual development. This is a 6 month opportunity. The role is located in Hawthorne, CA and is Hybrid.Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:Manage intake, scheduling, approvals, and recaps across leadership levels.Lead end-to-end program strategy using agile and sprint methodologies.Align stakeholders by clarifying constraints and optimizing time-to-market.Identify project blockers, create mitigation plans, and communicate updates.Coordinate internal and partner teams to ensure aligned priorities and smooth execution.Creative Project Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.4+ years in design operations, project, or program management in consumer electronics or CPG lifecycle management.Skilled in project tools (Asana, Jira, Workfront) and Microsoft Office.Background in artwork localization and consumer documentation.Strong communication skills with ability to influence across teams.Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional design programs.Experience improving design systems and tooling processes.Perks & Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401k ProgramCommuter BenefiteLearningEducation ReimbursementOngoing Training & Development To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
