To be seriously considered, please have the following:Available to work in the office 5 days a week. While ocassional remote work is permitted, the expectation is a typical work-week will be primarily in the office.Experience: At least 18 month of experience in family or business-based immigration.Licensed: Must have a license to practice law in any U.S. state.Skills: Must be an excellent writer and researcher and able to handle a high-volume case load.Characteristics: You must be personable, detail oriented, enjoy talking to clients, and enjoy the intellectual challenges of tough cases.Responsibilities:We believe it is important for immigration attorneys to have at least some knowledge of both family and business-based immigration options.
