This role ensures seamless transitions from staging setup through to project completion, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and inventory integrity.Inventory Management & TrackingMaintain, update, and analyze inventory data using advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.)Track item usage, availability, and scheduling for staging and removalEnsure accurate reporting of inventory movements across all projectsProject Close-Out & Field OversightVisit project sites to oversee the staging removal processCoordinate with warehouse and staging removal teams to ensure timely pickups and efficient returnsPerform final inspections and document the conditions of the inventory post-useClient CommunicationAct as a point of contact for clients at the end of a projectDraft and send close-out emails, schedule removals, and handle client questionsProvide clear updates and ensure clients are satisfied with the end-to-end processPost-Design OperationsReview staging layouts, update floor plans if needed after removalSupport the design team with feedback and inventory insights for continuous improvementHelp prepare inventory for future use based on condition and trendsProcess ImprovementProactively identify inefficiencies in the removal and inventory process and suggest improvements.Maintain documentation and help standardize close-out procedures.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in project coordination, logistics, inventory, or a related fieldStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExpert-level proficiency in Google SheetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable interacting with clients on-site and via emailAble to lift and move light items occasionally (as part of on-site coordination)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visitsExperience in home staging or design (a plus, but not required)
