LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLYWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our healthcare client's finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights that support growth and profitability. You will work closely with sales, operational, and executive teams to monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in driving value creation across the organization. Key Responsibilities Include: Financial Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for business, ensuring clarity on key performance metrics, variances, and trendsPrepare and analyze monthly revenue to support month-end close processEvaluate new revenue contracts and budgets and maintain budgets in the contract management systemDevelop detailed forecasts and budgeting models that encompass sales, revenue, operational expenses, capital investments and cash flowsPresent financial results and strategic recommendations to finance leadership team and other business stakeholders, identifying areas for optimization and cost managementProvide financial insights to support communication with private equity stakeholders, ensuring alignment on financial goals and value creation initiativesLeverage financial software and tools to automate reporting and improve data analysis efficiencyCost Management & Operational EfficiencyPerform cost analyses across sites to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiativesEvaluate staffing models to ensure balance of work and support efficient staffingFinancial Modeling & ForecastingBuild financial models to assess the financial viability of new contracts, new denovo sites and/or acquisitions, partnerships, service line expansions, or capital expendituresConduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess the potential financial outcomes of various strategic initiativesStrategic Financial SupportWork closely with finance leadership to develop financial strategies that align with the overall growth objectives of the organizationAssist in evaluating new opportunities and performance improvements across the portfolio, contributing to overall site growth and profitabilityLeverage financial software and tools to automate reporting and improve data analysis efficiencyRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldMBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred, but not required2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in private equity-backed healthcare organizationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.).Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
